New Hire Announcement- Dale Seidman

We are pleased to announce that Dale Seidman has joined Continental Glass Systems in the
position of Vice President of Finance and Administration, effective February 13, 2017. In this
position, Dale will report directly to Shlomo Epstein, CEO.
Dale’s prior work experience includes working as Chief Financial Officer at JEG & Sons, Miami
Florida, Controller at Southern Grouts & Mortars, Pompano Beach and Chief Financial Officer
at Zodiac Pool Care, Pompano Beach, Florida.
In his role as VP of Finance & Administration at CGS, Dale will serve as an integral member of
the senior management team and he will be responsible for the development of Continental Glass
System’s financial management strategy and will contribute to the development of the
organization’s strategic goals. Dale will oversee and direct the work of Glory Maldonado, Alex
Valdes, Jose Rodriguez, Alexander Sovero and Ernesto Jay.
Dale received his Bachelor degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, Gainesville,
and his MBA from Nova South Eastern University in Davie, Florida.
